As a catalyst leader, my passion is the advancement of organizational effectiveness aligned to continuous progress toward new levels of sustainable performance. My uniqueness is derived from the ability to fashion organizational clarity around purpose, mission, vision, and values. This generates tremendous energy that is intensified through the creation of a community of purpose that creates cohesiveness.

Specifically, I am adept in identifying the behaviors needed to enable effective value execution by enabling the team and individual engagement in the implementation. My coaching methods focus upon organizational behavior and leadership development permitting the building of both process and business models that stimulate the degree of communication, shared knowledge, exceptional communications, critical thinking and extensive investment in coaching others.
