Lead by creating the desired experiences, walk the talk. Practice “go and see”. Spend time on the process of change. Listen to individuals; seek first to understand before making yourself understood. Demonstrate people-first relationships and principles through employee empowerment. Look for ways to inspire people towards the vision. Measure your success by the success of those you lead.
